Canceling an order
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Please mail us at admin@kidsonalert.com to request a cancellation if the order has not been shipped yet.
Cancelling an order after it has been shipped
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery.
Undelivered orders
For prepaid orders, our delivery partners will make 3 delivery attempts. If it still comes back to us, we will either attempt to courier again (at additional charges) or issue you a refund of your order. All courier charges are non-refundable.
Important
If your delivery address is not easily accessible, this may affect your order delivery time. In such a scenario, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you, to confirm the delivery address.
We only use reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. KidsOnAlert is not liable for any delays in delivery by our courier partners or factors beyond our control. In an unlikely event that delivery is not possible for reasons outside our control, including but not limited to natural calamities and disasters, poor courier services in the delivery region, and inaccessibility of the delivery area, we shall inform you of our inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.
