15 Day “Make it Right” Policy
Here at KidsOnAlert, we want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will have the product replaced or refund the amount in the form of a coupon so you can purchase anything else that you like at kidsonalert.com.
In case you wish a refund to your bank, we can do that. This may take anything between 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
Returns
If you didn’t like a product you received and want to return/exchange it, you can write to us at admin@kidsonalert.com and ship the product back to the address which will be given in the mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving your order. When returning, please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Upon receiving the product, we will provide you with a coupon code, so you can buy anything else that you like from kidsonalert.com. You can also choose to get a refund to your bank, which will be processed in 7-10 business days from date of refund initiation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@kidsonalert.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@kidsonalert.com and send your item to: B-9, Sundarvan Soc., Opp Palash Hospital, Near New Era High School, Makarpura Road, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390010
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: B-9, Sundarvan Soc., Opp Palash Hospital, Near New Era High School, Makarpura Road, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390010.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
