Shipping Policy

Shipping time

Once shipped, our orders will take a maximum of 7-10 business days to deliver in India during normal times unless there is a lockdown/ natural calamity/ strike and/or other unforeseen circumstances. Your delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address, public holidays, weather conditions, etc. On rare occasions, the delivery time may also depend on the size or quantity of your order. We will keep you updated on the email about the delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking link in your email. You can also track your orders here. Please allow up to 24 hours for the status of the shipment to display correctly on the tracking link.

Undelivered orders

For prepaid orders, our delivery partners will make 3 delivery attempts. If it still comes back to us, we will either attempt to courier again (at additional charges) or issue you a refund of your order. All courier charges are non-refundable.

Important

If your delivery address is not easily accessible, this may affect your order delivery time. In such a scenario, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you, to confirm the delivery address.

We only use reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. KidsOnAlert is not liable for any delays in delivery by our courier partners or factors beyond our control. In an unlikely event that delivery is not possible for reasons outside our control, including but not limited to natural calamities and disasters, poor courier services in the delivery region, and inaccessibility of the delivery area, we shall inform you of our inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.
